This is a Japanese restaurant located in Terminal 1 of Narita Airport, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The entrance display showcases various samples, which is exciting just to look at. The mixed fried platter has a light and crispy batter, allowing the flavors of the oysters and shrimp to shine through. The small dishes like chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and chikuzenni (simmered vegetables) are carefully prepared and have a comforting taste. The curry is rich, starting with a gentle sweetness that later develops into a pleasant spiciness, which I really enjoyed. They have a selection of items including shimesaba (vinegared mackerel), nanbanzuke (fried fish marinated in vinegar), soba, udon, and rice bowls, making it perfect for meals after returning home.
