It's a small shop right by the station, and I'm first drawn in by the fragrant smell. The takoyaki is fluffy on the outside and gooey on the inside, with a strong umami flavor from the broth. There are big chunks of octopus inside, and the bouncy texture is enjoyable with every bite. The combination of green onions and soy sauce that I added on top brings a refreshing balance to the dish. The teppan menu and okonomiyaki also have a variety of ingredients, and the modern-style okonomiyaki with Kujo green onions was particularly filling. I was able to enjoy it deliciously with my friends while sharing until we were full.
