Delicious takoyaki enjoyed in front of Nishikyogoku Station

Sanga is a takoyaki shop located in front of Nishikyogoku Station, offering a diverse menu. The takoyaki, with its soft batter infused with dashi flavor, is especially recommended with a generous topping of green onions and soy sauce. This dish allows you to enjoy the texture of larger pieces of octopus, delivering a taste that exceeds expectations based on its appearance.

It's a small shop right by the station, and I'm first drawn in by the fragrant smell. The takoyaki is fluffy on the outside and gooey on the inside, with a strong umami flavor from the broth. There are big chunks of octopus inside, and the bouncy texture is enjoyable with every bite. The combination of green onions and soy sauce that I added on top brings a refreshing balance to the dish. The teppan menu and okonomiyaki also have a variety of ingredients, and the modern-style okonomiyaki with Kujo green onions was particularly filling. I was able to enjoy it deliciously with my friends while sharing until we were full.
