In particular, the suji-yaki and suji kon-negi-yaki have a rich umami and a sharp red sauce that pairs perfectly. The generous volume of the pachigi-yaki is also enjoyable, spreading happiness with every bite. The yakisoba has a nostalgic taste reminiscent of old-fashioned instant noodles, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The cozy space with a counter and teppan-equipped tables is relaxing, and the warm hospitality from the staff is pleasant. When paired with Kyoto's red, the richness of the fat and the spices of the sauce are further enhanced, making it so delicious that you'll want to have seconds.
