You can enjoy stylish creative Chinese cuisine in Nakano-Sakaue. The freshly made mapo noodles are hot, and instead of a sharp spiciness, the umami and richness spread gently. You can customize the numbness and spiciness, and the aroma of Sichuan pepper is pleasant. The dan dan noodles have a strong homemade sesame sauce that adds a unique depth. The chilled soy milk dan dan noodles pair well with the crisp soup and green curly noodles, and the minced meat, tomato, zucchini, and lettuce complement each other perfectly. The individual dishes like shumai and mapo tofu are consistently delicious and pair well with wine and highballs.
