Upon entering, you are greeted with a smile, and you can relax right away. The aroma of charcoal wafts in from the counter surrounding the grill, lifting your spirits. The skewers grilled with binchotan charcoal are perfectly coated in garlic sauce and are irresistible. In particular, the cartilage has a delightful texture, and you can keep eating as many as you want. The tongue, heart, and white offal also change in flavor with salt or sauce, and all are satisfying. The warm offal stew is tender and brings a sense of happiness.
