There is a window that offers a wide view of the sea, creating a sense of openness. The hitsumabushi features small pieces of grilled eel that are fragrant, tender, and melt in your mouth. You can enjoy it as is, then with condiments, and finally with broth, and each way is satisfying. The mini kishimen that comes with it has flat noodles that are chewy and pair well with the aroma of the broth. The cake is moist and fluffy, and the generous whipped cream is exciting just to look at. This is a wonderful place where you can slowly savor both the meal and the sweets while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
