At a new okonomiyaki restaurant located in a residential area, the interior is clean and calming. The counter seats and table seats are separated, and although it's compact, I was able to sit comfortably. The batter is firm with a nice accent of pickled ginger, and I couldn't stop eating. The okonomiyaki with beef tendon and shirataki noodles is gooey, and the umami spreads in my mouth. They provide mayonnaise, pepper, garlic powder, and other condiments upon request, making it fun to customize to my liking. There is also a new facility nearby, and I felt excited as it seems like it will become even more lively in the future.
