Operated directly by the fishing cooperative, the bento is available for takeout only. It is prepared in the Kanto style, with the outside being moderately firm and the inside being tender and flaky. The sauce is not overpowering and enhances the compatibility of the eel and white rice. The rice is cooked to a glossy finish and there is a generous portion. If you make a reservation by phone, the pickup will be smooth, and you can enjoy eating outside comfortably. They also offer kabayaki, shirayaki, and liver, and if you encounter the liver stew, it is a lucky dish.

I am excited to be able to take out warm eel bento from the directly managed shop of the fishing cooperative. The steamed eel has a fluffy and tender texture, and the aroma is delightful, making me very satisfied. The sauce is not heavy and beautifully enhances the deliciousness of the eel and white rice. The rice is glossy and can be enjoyed until the very end. There are also frozen grilled eel, liver, and vacuum-packed eel available, making it fun to choose. Although it is takeout only, enjoying it slowly outside further elevates the experience.
