Opened on June 12, 2017, in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. We continue to operate rooted in the community and have grown to be a beloved presence among local residents. Since our opening, we have provided dishes that utilize local ingredients and have been well-received by many. While cherishing the local food culture, we also continue to take on new challenges.
