This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of Taiwan as they are. The fried rice noodles have a delightful texture and blend well with the ingredients, creating a sense of unity. The soup rice noodles have a clear broth that feels light on the palate, and the textures of the bean sprouts, cabbage, and chives are pleasant. The dumplings are large and fragrant, with a crispy surface and a strong umami flavor that has a unique aroma. The scrambled eggs with wood ear mushrooms have a rich taste of dashi, and the cooking of the eggs is exquisite.
