You can relax in the restaurant inside the hotel. The sashimi is fresh, and the presentation is visually enjoyable. The grilled bonito rice bowl offers two flavors: a combination of soy sauce and mayonnaise, and a mildly spicy Korean-style sauce. You can enjoy it raw on rice, or lightly grilled with condiments and broth poured over it, making it taste like ochazuke, which is excellent. The tuna nanban is generously topped with a sweet tartar sauce, leaving a lasting impression. The clear broth with fish paste noodles is also delicious, and the hot dishes are served hot while the cold dishes are served cold, which is satisfying.
