The bowl piled high with sakura shrimp and fresh seaweed, when mixed with a broken egg yolk and a little soy sauce, becomes creamy and spreads the scent of the sea. It's a bowl that conveys the feeling of the season and brings a smile to your face. The course includes many rare dishes, and everyone enjoyed them deliciously together. The staff are kind and provide thorough explanations of the dishes. The lunch's meat tofu has a slightly sweet seasoning with pork, which pairs well with the green onions and tofu. The rice is cooked perfectly, and the set meal, including miso soup, pickles, and 'unohana' (a type of dish made with soy flour), was satisfying.
