When I entered the shop, I was excited to find a table area in the back that was unimaginable from the entrance. Rows of handmade fruit liquor bottles lined the shelves, and the colorful appearance alone lifted my spirits. There were many varieties of sake and shochu, making it fun to decide which one to order. The portion sizes of the dishes were modest, allowing me to enjoy a variety of items like green onion pancakes, ginkgo nuts, and chicken skin with ponzu sauce, which was satisfying. The aroma of the soy sauce-pickled celery and the umami of the oyster ajillo were particularly irresistible. It’s a lovely place with a casual atmosphere where you can leisurely enjoy delicious drinks and snacks.
