Many dishes use the brand salmon 'Ginou,' and the rare cutlet, in particular, has a light coating and a creamy inside, making it the best. You can change the flavor with combinations of salt, wasabi, and tartar sauce, which makes you smile at how well they go together. The menu is also surprising with options like rare cutlets with cheese, yukhoe, and crispy salmon skin. The ikura (salmon roe) added on top of the rice is impressive and pairs well with the seasoned rice.
