The chef's skills are excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is attentive. Both the cooked dishes and cooked shrimp are outstanding. However, the premium ingredients were a bit lacking; the tuna was not thick enough to taste its freshness and sweetness. The menu did not include scallop sushi, and the final cake flavor was quite special, but not a very pleasant ending. Seasonal fruits or ice cream might have been more appealing.

I was glad that it was a sushi restaurant and not an upscale izakaya. Each one was very tasty and the drinks were good. The restaurant is bright and cozy and I would like to go back.
