I found this place near the station and decided to drop in. The interior has an authentic atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience. The chicken pho has a refreshing broth that pairs well with the flat rice noodles, making it very delicious. There are also noodle dishes with a sweeter dipping sauce, and the grilled pork and meatballs were juicy with a smoky aroma. There are sets that include beef pho, rice, and dessert, and it's fun to dip the fried bread into the soup. One staff member efficiently manages everything, making it easy to enjoy the local flavors.

Pho is rice noodles. The broth for Pho Bo is made from beef bones simmered for over 6 hours along with plenty of vegetables. When eating pho in Vietnam, it is always served with Vietnamese fried bread. The broth of pho is delicious, so the best way to eat it is to dip the fried bread into the broth to soak it up before eating. Various sauces, seasonings, cilantro, green onions, and garlic vinegar can be added to taste.
