As you walk a little from the station and arrive, the nice aroma of the iron plate greets you. This place features a rare Kansai-style, with fluffy batter and crispy noodles at the bottom, making for a delightful texture. The richness of the sauce is substantial, and with every bite, you feel happiness. When you order the modern-yaki, it comes with plenty of thin noodles, luxuriously mixed with ingredients like pork and squid. The piece topped with a runny fried egg is hearty, filled with seafood and beef, ensuring you won't get bored until the end. The rarity of being able to enjoy Kansai-style okonomiyaki in Hiroshima made me smile with my friends.
