I was excited to see the chef finishing the bonito sashimi, which was infused with the aroma of straw, right in front of me at the counter. The flesh was firm and fragrant, and with plenty of condiments, I couldn't stop eating. The sashimi, especially the flounder, was particularly impressive, and I was enchanted by its smooth texture. The crispy fried lotus root and the tender liver skewers were also very delicious. A dish with sweet scallops and bursting salmon roe, as well as roast beef topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, were highly satisfying. The restaurant was lively, and the staff were friendly, making it a comfortable experience even for a first-time visitor.
