It has a Japanese aesthetic and is a calming space. When you sit at the counter, you are greeted with a friendly service. There is a wide variety of sake, including local brands to enjoy. The simmered deer meat is tender and has no gamey smell, perfectly paired with mustard. The deep-fried loach and the dish resembling satsuma-age, as well as the miso soup loaded with mushrooms, left a lasting impression. I was satisfied with the thickness of the horse sashimi, and the rice was very delicious, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant time throughout.
