This one-course restaurant offers nine well-balanced side dishes. Miso soup and rice are self-serve, and the side dishes are served by the waiter. The taste is light, but the ingredients are delicious. There are days when there are not many vegetable side dishes, but that is not a problem as the contents of the dishes are the same on that day.
