The dishes clearly convey the deliciousness of eggs, and I was surprised from the very first bite. The egg over rice has a strong richness in the yolk, making it hard to resist more rice. There is a menu option for refills, allowing you to enjoy rice and eggs to your heart's content. There are also dishes like oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), omurice (omelette rice), and fried egg set meals, and it's fun to experiment with flavor changes using the condiments on the table. The miso soup with eggplant, myoga (Japanese ginger), and deep-fried tofu was also fragrant, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The interior has a retro atmosphere with jazz playing, making it a relaxing place to spend time.
