Kuroge Wagyu Beef and Taro Croquette/Dry Curry When I say mountain, pool, slope, I think curry. LOL! It is chilly at an altitude of over 1500m even when wearing long sleeves, so I wanted something warm! The taro croquette also had a lot of character and made me want to make it at home. The curry was a little spicy and I couldn't stop spooning! I looked into it and found out that they also offer overnight stays and star gazing tours. They also serve bread prepared the day before, and milk from their own extensive ranch. It's too tempting. Next time, I'd like to stay overnight!
