At a butcher shop right next to the railway, the charcoal-flavored roasted pork is very delicious. It has a refined aroma, and the meat is tender with a rich sweetness from the fat. The accompanying sauce has a light texture and a moderate sweetness, which pairs well. When slightly warmed, the fat melts just right, enhancing the flavor, and it goes well with finely chopped green onions and mustard. They provide it in a packed state, making it safe to take home, and it's perfect for a stroll or as a souvenir. It's also nice that you can choose your preferred cuts, and the taste is consistent, so you can enjoy it anytime with satisfaction.
