It is located in a residential area a short walk from the station. The ingredients are all very fresh, with no unpleasant odors, and the umami is distinctly felt. In particular, the fatty tuna, sweet shrimp, and simmered eel were impressively delicious. The vinegar balance of the young horse mackerel is mild, enhancing the quality of the fish. They serve a carefully prepared assortment of nigiri, including squid, tuna, and blue fish, each presented with care. There are also tempura and appetizers available, and the tempura of whiting and the egg omelet with perilla were both very good.
