The dishes made from their own farm-raised Jitokko are characterized by their firm texture and melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Additionally, they have a wide selection of shochu from Miyazaki and Kagoshima that pairs perfectly with the food. This is a shop located in Nishitachi, Miyazaki. I am happy to be able to taste various local specialties of Miyazaki. The inside of the shop is filled with a savory aroma that stimulates the appetite. It's exciting to see the cooking process. The grilled chicken thighs over charcoal, the local chicken sashimi, and the chicken nanban were all satisfying in flavor. The lineup of shochu is extensive, and the sight of numerous one-sho bottles lined up raises my spirits.

A chicken shabu-shabu that can only be enjoyed here in Miyazaki Prefecture. This popular product often sells out, so we recommend making a reservation. It is a registered trademark (registration number 2010071357) and is so popular that it is sold at the prefectural product hall and airport. It contains homemade chicken broth, onions, and sesame, resulting in a flavorful finish. *Serving size: 2 people or more.
