The thin soba noodles are a bit firm and have a nice chewiness, making them very delicious. The variety of dipping sauces is abundant, and it's fun to change the flavors according to my mood. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy, with a strong taste of the vegetables. The tempura of mentaiko (spicy cod roe) and the onion steak are also impressive, and the sweet sauce pairs well with them. There are various side dishes that can be enjoyed with drinks as well. The dipping sauce is a bit on the strong side, so lightly dipping the noodles makes it just right, and I was satisfied until the end.
