The seasonal sake is well-stocked, and each one has a wonderful aroma that makes you want to keep drinking. In particular, the 'Honoka' series offers a range from refreshing to soft types, making it enjoyable to compare their flavors. The 'Hiyama' has a sharpness, while 'Honoka' has a gentle sweetness and umami, both of which are satisfying. The dishes often feature seasonal ingredients, with carefully prepared options like tempura, meat and potato stew, and thick fried tofu in sauce that pair well with the sake. The matsutake rice, simmered saury, and Manji chili peppers were also impressive, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The events are held in a reservation style, allowing you to savor seasonal sake and homemade dishes at a leisurely pace.
