The gyoza bursts with flavor in one bite, and you can also taste the sweetness of the vegetables, which is satisfying. The crunchy texture of the bamboo shoots is particularly enjoyable. The fried rice features a simple combination of green onions and eggs, and it's so fragrant and fluffy that I couldn't stop eating it. The Taiwanese tonkotsu ramen has a gentle spiciness that spreads, warming my body as I continue to eat. The Tianjin rice has a wonderful aroma, and the slightly firm eggs pair well with the rice. I enjoyed being able to change the flavor with the pickled ginger on the table, and the self-serve oolong tea and green tea were a nice touch, making for a pleasant dining experience.
