This calming shop is located in a quiet residential area and offers both tatami seating and tables for a relaxed experience. You can choose a dish such as soup or Okinawa soba, and then help yourself to salads, bread, pizza, pasta, and more. I chose the muji soup, which has a gentle sweetness from the white miso and is satisfying with plenty of taro. The tempura of mozuku seaweed is light and crispy, and the stewed tebichi (pork trotters) is fragrant and makes you want to keep eating. Desserts and drinks are also available, refreshing your palate with fruits. The handmade side dishes made from organic vegetables from Kyushu and Okinawa are lined up, and it's delightful to be able to taste a variety of them with peace of mind.
