With a calm atmosphere reminiscent of the old days, I feel excited even before eating the soba. The style is to choose in advance at the ticket vending machine, and the guidance to the seats is efficient. First, tasting the noodles alone, the aroma gently rises and is pleasant. The dipping sauce has a strong flavor, and both the zaru and kashiwa zaru encourage the use of chopsticks. The soba tea and soba water are fragrant, allowing enjoyment until the end. The staff greet you brightly, and the parking lot is spacious and easy to park in, plus there are second-floor seats, making it very convenient.
