It's a shop located just outside the station, in the basement. At first, I was a bit nervous at the entrance, but once I went inside, I felt relaxed. The Okinawa soba has a bonito-flavored broth, topped with meat, kamaboko, green onions, and ginger, which makes me happy. The noodles have a good texture and are easy to eat. The goya champuru, carrot shirishiri, Okinawa salt yakisoba, and stone-grilled taco rice are all delicious in their own right. Each dish is served one at a time, allowing you to savor them calmly, and they pair well with beer, awamori, and shikuwasa sour.
