There are many creative dishes, and each one pairs well with alcohol. The homemade lemon sour has a pleasant aroma and is refreshing and easy to drink. The daily snacks are also enjoyable, with the chanja and celery namul being particularly impressive. The fermented offal and the fragrant potato salad with bacon are full of flavor. A plate of steamed seasonal vegetables has a comforting taste and pairs well with a special highball. Even when dining alone, the portion sizes can be adjusted, making it easy to use, and the cheerful service from the staff makes for a pleasant experience.

When I ordered a homemade lemon sour for the first drink, it had a pleasant aroma and was easy to drink. The style of squeezing the lemon before drinking was fun, and I couldn't help but want a refill. The dishes made with koji, rice bran, and spices were all unique in flavor and satisfying. The oden, with its rich dashi flavor, was deeply enjoyable, and the way it soaked in was irresistible. Most portions are suitable for sharing, but if you ask, they can make it half-sized, so it's reassuring even for one person. The interior has good taste and a lively atmosphere, making it comfortable to the point where you naturally end up staying longer.
