A mature acidity and moderate bitterness come together to create a crisp sensation. It has a richness and sharpness that you won't tire of, and can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed.
This is a raw sake with an alcohol content of 8%, characterized by its extreme sweetness balanced with a refreshing acidity that makes it easy to drink. Its sweet and sour flavor is its hallmark, and it can be enjoyed chilled as well as warmed.
When warmed, it has a dry and rich flavor that stands out even more, and when enjoyed chilled, it offers an excellent smoothness with a robust and full-bodied authentic taste.
Three times the usual amount of koji, plus a pleasant sweet and sourness from white koji. A flavor reminiscent of Calpis with a creamy texture and plenty of cloudiness. It has a light alcohol content of 6%, but a robust taste.
Junmai sake brewed with 60% polished rice from Hokkaido. A dry and crisp sake that allows you to fully enjoy the umami of the rice.
Although it is a regular sake, it is polished to 60% of the original rice and is carefully brewed at low temperatures. It has a clean and refreshing taste that does not interfere with the food.
