Ve rgetables from Kyoto's farmers have been featured on television as part of the Be Regime a tabl e. The lunch course, featuring vegetables from morning farms, can be enjoyed with three different hors d'oeuvres. The thick-cut homemade smoked salmon, in particular, was very satisfying with its smoky aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture. We also enjoyed the bright yellow sweet corn risotto with a refreshing gazpacho sauce. We were worried about whether we would be full, but the sautéed sea bream was just the right size and we enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual, enjoyable French meal with plenty of vegetables.
