Menu
Our classic! A signature menu that highlights the fluffy and chewy texture.
The dough and eggs are mixed in advance and then baked, resulting in a fluffy texture! Some customers only eat this.
A greedy menu that combines okonomiyaki and yakisoba in half portions! It has been well received by many customers, including individuals.
Grilled quickly on a large iron plate! Many yakisoba fans also use the carefully selected noodles from Oiso-ya Seimenjo.
The elegant and rich soup, which is replenished with dashi every day, is exceptional. It is delicious even when topped with special red miso! We use Hato-ya miso.
This dish is simmered for 4-5 hours to remove the unpleasant taste unique to offal, resulting in a soft and mellow flavor. Perfect as a side dish for drinks.
Kochiya's traditional shaved ice series! Highly recommended are the matcha ice made with Nishio-grown matcha, and the simple Senji (homemade white honey) loved by many fans. Available for sale all year round!
