As soon as I sat down, a cold corn tea was served, which was refreshing even on a hot day. When I chose the main dish, small plates of seaweed soup, kaktugi (radish kimchi), and namul (seasoned vegetables) were served alongside, instantly elevating the Korean atmosphere. The sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew) had a rich clam broth, and its mild spiciness was addictive. The stone pot bibimbap was also enjoyable with its fragrant crispy rice and plenty of ingredients, keeping it hot until the end. There were many tempting menu items like chijimi (Korean pancakes) and hormone jjigae (intestine stew), showcasing the chef's passion for authentic flavors. I was very satisfied as I could also get a refill of rice, allowing me to fully enjoy the Korean cuisine.
