The focus is on tofu dishes, with a wide variety that is satisfying. The namaage (freshly fried tofu) is particularly impressive, thick, and pairs well with ginger soy sauce. You can enjoy sukuidofu (scooped tofu), shiraae (tofu salad), okara (soy pulp), gisei tofu (pressed tofu), and even soy milk soups. The flavor of the soybeans is distinctly felt, and the taste is gentle. There are tatami mat seating and tables, making it comfortable. From the tatami area, you can view Mount Aso and enjoy your meal while feeling connected to nature.
