Since it has been a long-standing flavor creation in the local area, you can pick it up with confidence. The pudding made with plenty of Hakodate milk had a mellow and gentle taste. The puffy bubbles on the surface and the texture reminiscent of rare cheese are interesting. The caramel, which balances bitterness and sweetness, enhances the overall harmony. The kombu soy sauce and dried fish stock have a pleasant aroma and pair well with both udon and sashimi. There is a wide variety of miso, koji, Genghis Khan sauce, and even miso sweets, making it fun to choose.
