In the calm interior, you can savor the strong texture of the soba and a variety of ways to enjoy it. With warm-hearted service, you may find yourself losing track of time. The interior has a calm atmosphere, is clean, and stylish. It's easy to enter even alone, and the staff greets you with a smile, which is reassuring. When you eat the 100% buckwheat noodles, dipping them in a little rock salt first enhances their aroma and sweetness. The broth for the warm soba is rich in flavor, providing comfort on cold days. The mini tempura rice bowl features classic ingredients like lotus root and shrimp that are crispy, and the sauce that seeps into the rice and the seasoning is deliciously addictive. The freshness of the vegetables and the lightness of the fried items are also impressive, making it a place where you can enjoy soba together.
