The white-themed exterior is refreshing, and the interior is very clean. The calm seating and the soba tea served at the beginning are comforting. The staff's response is pleasant, and my mood lifts the moment I enter. The thin soba noodles are smooth and have a great texture, and the cold serving pairs excellently with the dipping sauce, green onions, and wasabi. The set tempura and egg rice bowl is flavorful with well-soaked shrimp, providing a sense of satisfaction. The unique Chinese-style soba and the thick, Japanese-style mapo tofu rice bowl based on soba dipping sauce are also enjoyable to taste.
