The small interior, consisting only of a counter and tables, exudes the atmosphere of a traditional izakaya the moment you step in. The grilled pork and chicken skewers are cooked to perfection, with the flavor and texture of the pork cheek being particularly impressive. They also offer rare kobukuro sashimi and premium liver skewers, and you can taste the freshness in your mouth. The daily special menu written on the whiteboard features items like burdock fries and shishamo fries, making you want to order more. The served offal stew appetizer is well-seasoned, elevating your mood from the very first dish. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the owner and the friendly atmosphere created by regular customers, you can relax and enjoy your time even when dining alone.
