It is located within walking distance from the station, and the small path by the tracks feels a bit like a hidden spot. The interior has only a U-shaped counter, allowing for a casual standing experience. The freshly fried skewers are crispy and light, and everything, including pork, oysters, and asparagus, is delicious. The sauce has a strong flavor, and the rule of dipping only once allows for just the right amount of taste. Cabbage is served first, which is convenient as it can also serve as a plate. The sound of the frying and the TV on the wall create a pleasant atmosphere, and the beef tendon with ponzu was moist, tender, and satisfying.
