When you sit at the counter, the friendly manager immediately strikes up a conversation, making you feel relaxed. The skewers that come out as a chef's choice are diverse, featuring eggplant, pork tenderloin, shrimp, and more, all with a crispy coating that is freshly fried. The skewer with sweet, tender braised onions was particularly impressive and brought a smile to my face. Each skewer is quite large, making them satisfying to eat, and it's fun to use salt or sauce according to your preference. The fried onions sprinkled on the macaroni salad provide a nice accent and are perfect as a palate cleanser between skewers. I hear they also offer takeout, so I think I'll try it as a companion for drinking at home next time.
