It is the night of the fifth day of the Kansai expedition. Here, we met up with Grandpa Hata and went to bbq in Kobe.
I thought it was one of the restaurants that I thought I was right in Kansai expedition. ☺️
It is also Manpai's favorite restaurant!
⭐️ taste 8 It was quite a hit. I'm not sure if I'd like to go back to this place again, but I would. I was shown a video of the wood burning and the reddish wood, what's the name of it, lol, and he said it was very key to the wood burning.
They use 2 tons of wood a month😳
⭐️ service9 It was pretty good the first time too. Thanks to Uncle Mann!
⭐️Ambiance 8 Even from the entrance
⭐️cosmos- I think it was around 30000 sorry I forgot
⭐️Direction 7 It was in places!
I think you should try it at least once!

The food at the restaurant was delicious no matter what we ate.
It was inconvenient because we were notified on the day if our reservation was made, so we could not decide on a plan in case we could not make a reservation.
All the dishes I ordered were delicious (roast beef, white beef tripe, beef skewers, grilled vegetable platter, flank steak, pork loin, chicken kamameshi).
The staff's response was wonderful and very pleasant.
The interior of the restaurant was clean.
It was a very satisfying restaurant.
I usually only go for lunch, but... the taste is consistently delicious. Sushi that brings out the best in each fish! It's the best.
I will definitely go eat there again.
A quiet and calm good shop located just a few minutes' walk (3-4 minutes) from JR Motomachi Station, right at the entrance of a back alley (Chōjō Street) between the Kobe Motomachi shopping street and Nankin-dōri. The meal options include several types of curry, all of which looked delicious, but since my companion is not good with spicy food, we ordered 'Khao Man Gai.' It was not spicy at all, and the presentation was beautiful. The combination of rice, chicken, and vegetables was healthy, well-seasoned, and very tasty.
I had a fruit sandwich and a mini parfait for lunch. It was filled with plenty of seasonal fruits. The fruit sandwich had just the right amount of whipped cream, not too sweet, perfectly calculated to enhance the flavor of the fruits without overpowering them, making it very delicious.
This is the first time I've encountered such a delicious fruit sandwich. The service was also excellent, with everyone responding with smiles, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. On my way out, I bought some peaches, and the staff kindly asked, 'When will you be eating them?' They helped me choose the best timing to enjoy them deliciously. I was very satisfied with the meal, and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I had a wonderful time. Of course, the peaches they selected were also enjoyed by my family, and we were all impressed by their taste.
Several friends recommended this restaurant and we made reservations about a month in advance.
I was told that I must try the famous chicken skin (black and white) and green peppers! I was told that even people who don't like the skin can enjoy the chicken skin here.
The crunchy chicken skin was a new texture for me. My husband, who went with me, especially enjoyed it! My husband, who went with me, was especially pleased.
The avocado sashimi was also delicious.

I ordered a lunch plate.

The bolognese was peppery and delicious.
The accompanying French bread was rich and tasty.

The interior is lively and vibrant, providing a friendly and welcoming space. It's the perfect place to spend enjoyable moments with friends or colleagues.
The restaurant's interior has a luxurious feel, allowing diners to dine in front of the teppan while enjoying the night view of the harbor. The teppanyaki foie gras is light and elegant. The acidity of the orange compote also adds a refreshing touch. There is a wide selection of wines, and you can enjoy the marriage with a glass of champagne or red wine. Personally, I found the teppanyaki more satisfying than the Italian restaurant. There is also a Kobe beef course, which will be a delight to take your friends visiting Kobe.

Along with the clean and stylish atmosphere of the restaurant, the curry rice and beef stew on the lunch menu come with a salad and a drink, both of which are extremely tasty. The curry has a perfect balance of good sweetness and spice, and the beef stew has a refined taste with tender tender tender meat. The service is warm and courteous, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your meal. If there is a curry shop near my house, I would love to visit this wonderful curry shop.
A Japanese restaurant where you can savor the flavors of the seasons
Tsuru no Hitokoe is a renowned Japanese restaurant selected as one of Kobe's 'Top 100 Restaurants.' Here, you can enjoy dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients throughout the year. We came back for the spring season. The first appetizer was like a stunningly beautiful painting and was a sight to behold. The bowls, the cornerstone of kaiseki, were lightly seasoned and allowed us to enjoy the first ingredients. The dish of spring wild vegetables wrapped around a fillet of flatfish showed a roaring ingenuity, along with salt made from cherry leaf powder. The first bonito of the sashimi was refreshing, and the steamed white fish was light and delicious. The oryogi nigiri with butterbur was a masterpiece of ingenuity, although not as good as the nigiri at a sushi restaurant, with the rice mixed with clams and topped with butterbur simmered in soy sauce and tsukudani. In the grilled dish, we enjoyed both salmon and jidori chicken. For rice, I was satisfied with the rice cooked with grilled conger eel and miso soup with bok choy. To accompany the dishes, we were served Junmai Ginjo "Jyushidai".
