There are tatami rooms and a counter, making it a comfortable place to spend time. The okonomiyaki is prepared in the Hiroshima style, with plenty of cabbage and a light texture. The batter is fluffy and soft, allowing the ingredients to take center stage. The version with beef tendon has larger, tender pieces of meat, providing a satisfying experience. The modern style features thicker noodles, shrimp, and squid, which are substantial and enjoyable to eat. I also like the performance of finishing it off right in front of me with sauce, mayonnaise, aonori, and bonito flakes.
