Entering the store, I feel a lively atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional fish market, which is exciting. Fresh fish and sashimi are lined up, and among them, the tuna belly was incredibly melt-in-your-mouth. The staff happily shared cooking tips, making it much easier to prepare the fish at home. There is a wide variety of homemade side dishes and snacks for sake, making it enjoyable to peek into the refrigerator. When I arranged hairy crab and sea urchin at home, it turned into a delightful night with plenty of sake. With a friendly atmosphere and attentive service, it's a wonderful shop where you can feel the blessings of the sea up close.
