The interior is cozy, with pleasant music playing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Sitting at the counter, the aroma of niboshi (dried sardines) wafts through the air, and I feel excited as I see the Chinese soba. The clear soy sauce soup is piping hot and pairs well with the thin noodles, making it enjoyable to slurp until the very end. My particular favorite is the tender chashu (braised pork) and the meat-filled wontons that are fragrant with ginger. The stir-fried vegetables, with the aroma of sesame oil and generous portions, stimulate my appetite, making me want to eat more rice. I hear that in the evening, there are many kinds of snacks and drinks available, making it a place where you can relax and chat comfortably.
