This place offers deer, boar, and even horse sashimi, making it fun to choose. When you tell them how you want it prepared, they will carefully cut it to the thickness suitable for grilling or hot pot. They also provide ice for preservation and frozen plastic bottles, so you don't have to worry about taking it home. The deer and boar are fresh and mild in flavor, and the deer stands out even with just salt and pepper. The horse sashimi is tender and melts in your mouth, spreading flavor throughout. The homemade roasted pork and bacon are rich, and when grilled thicker, they become irresistibly fragrant.
