There are various cold noodles to choose from, including chilled tantanmen, assorted chilled Chinese noodles, and chilled Chinese noodles with sesame sauce. The assorted chilled Chinese noodles are plentiful with toppings, and it's a bit interesting that they are served in a ramen bowl. The large shrimp is cooked to perfection, providing a pleasant, bouncy texture. The soup of the tanmen has a cloudy saltiness, and you can really feel the hot umami. The vegetables are crunchy, and the elasticity of the wood ear mushrooms and the slight bitterness of the bok choy provide a nice accent. Inside the restaurant, J-POP is playing, and they offer barley tea and delivery, making it easy to enjoy.
